About Chez Panise
About Our Kitchen
In our mission is to bring wholesome, low-ingredient food to our community, we decided to embrace the savory and the sweet: two sides of the kitchen. On the savory side, delicious sliders, salads, veggies, and comfort foods. On the sweet side of the kitchen, tender handmade slider buns, house made cookies, cakes, and other treats for you when bakeries are closed.
All our menu items are prepared with care, guaranteed to satisfy your tastebuds and nourish your body. Our tender slider buns are made with just 8 ingredients! French fries come out of the oven, not a deep fryer. Lettuce and vegetables are fresh and hand cut, nothing out of a bag. No additives, preservatives, or words you cannot pronounce will be found in our food. We exist to make quality, simplicity, and care accessible in a warm, convenient drive-thru experience that empowers our community to eat better, feel better, and live well.
Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast, meal box or sugar-light treat, we’ve got you covered at Chez Panise.
The Story of Chez Panise
I always loved cooking for family and friends, but when I became a mother of two children with significant food allergies, my focus on food shifted. Overnight, the way we ate, and the way I understood food, changed forever. I began flipping over every package, reading every ingredient, questioning every additive, and learning from nutritionists and allergists how to nourish my family in a way that truly supported their health. What started as a necessity became a calling: to return to the earth, to choose real ingredients, and cook with intention and love.
As my children healed and grew, so did my creativity in the kitchen. I developed simple, wholesome recipes, made from single, high-quality ingredients, that were both delicious and reassuringly clean. The transformation I saw in my family ignited something powerful in me: a desire to share this way of eating with others.
Even now, with my kids grown, that passion burns just as brightly. I still believe deeply in food that tastes amazing and fuels the body with goodness. I still love to cook and bake. And I am committed to serving my community foods that honor both tradition and health. People crave comfort and familiarity, and I believe we can enjoy the foods we love without compromising on quality.
I can remember the time when the dream started of opening my own bakery-café where people could enjoy the comfort of freshly baked goods. My love for food and baking is rooted in my childhood, in the cozy kitchen of my family home, where the sweet aroma of cookies and cakes filled the air. My mother was the heart of our home, and the kitchen was where I wanted to be when it was time for baking. As one of seven children, there was always something happening in the kitchen. When I returned home from school, there were often freshly baked cookies waiting, delicious smells filled the air.
Sundays were special. The crown of the Sunday dinner was cake. Carrot cake, Chantilly cake, Chocolate cake were some of my favorites. Chocolate cake sparked my love for chocolate and chocolate desserts.
Holidays were even more extraordinary. There were those desserts we had once a year. Pies with flaky pastry crusts, traditional breads, Yule logs with meringue, containers filled with several kinds of holiday cookies decorated and beautiful. When I was old enough, I joined my older sisters in baking and decorating, and my love for baking bloomed. The joy of baking while Christmas music played in the background are treasured memories. I remember my mother telling me, “You’re quite good at this, you should have your own restaurant someday”. That’s where it started.
It was in those years that I learned not just the art of cooking and baking but the importance of using quality ingredients. It was later in life when I began to pay attention to nutrition and read food labels that I learned the value of low ingredient foods. My concept today is quality, minimal ingredients with no added preservatives and additives.
Today, I stand on the brink of turning my passion into the dream of owning my own bakery-cake and sharing delicious comforting food with my community. Chez Panise will not just be a place to buy delicious baked items and lunch boxes; it is a place to fall in love with quality food to be shared with your families and friends.
